Your browser may be unable to handle this request because its cache is full. Here's how to clear your cache. Instructions are given for three common browsers: Chrome, Firefox, IE.
After you clear your cache, on the CalSavers page that you want to submit, use the buttons at the bottom of the page to go Back and then press Next again to return to where you were. You should then be able to submit your request.
If you are still unable to submit your request, you should log out of the CalSavers Website, close and reopen your browser for the changes to take effect, and log into CalSavers and try again.
Chrome
On your browser toolbar, click More > More Tools > Clear Browsing Data.
In the Clear browsing data box, click the checkboxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Choose Beginning of time to delete everything.
Click Clear browsing data.
Firefox
Click the Menu button (this may appear as three horizontal lines stacked on top of each other) and choose Options.
Select the Advanced panel.
Click the Network tab.
In the Cached Web Content section, click Clear Now.
IE
Click the Settings menu in the upper-right corner.
Click Internet options
Under the General tab on the upper-left hand side, scroll down to Browsing history.
Select Delete
Check the Temporary Internet files and website files, Cookies and website data, History, and Download History boxes
Click Delete
